Within warm and thoughtfully prepared indoor and outdoor environments, toddlers are trusted as capable participants in their own learning. Children have time to move, explore, communicate, build relationships, and experience the joy of doing meaningful things for themselves.

Toddlerhood is an extraordinary season of movement, language, discovery, and growing independence.
Everything in Aspen, from the child-sized furnishings and purposeful materials to the pace and rhythm of the day, is intentionally designed around this development.
Children prepare food, care for themselves, tend their environment, explore language and movement, and begin learning how to belong within a community. Our educators offer warmth, consistency, and thoughtful guidance while allowing children the time and space to try.
